Once we receive your adoption application, one of our adoption coordinators will be in touch as soon as they can to discuss the purrfect match and further steps.

Adoption is the wonderful opportunity to give a cat a permanent new forever home, while fostering gives a rescue cat a temporary home to recover, learn house living, increase socialization, and get ready for adoption.

Unless otherwise stated, every cat up for adoption through Magicats has received medical care including a wellness evaluation, full immunizations, and spay/neuter. We encourage continued health checks and appropriate medical care after adoption.

Magicat’s adoption fee – which goes towards covering their medical care including spay/neuter and wellness checks – is $80. When you consider how much the spay/neuter surgery is alone (ranging from $60-400+), that is a great price for a healthy, loving cat!
